Please note that delivery can be ONE to FIVE days from the receipt of cleared funds, since we use a third party transport contractor.

The transport contractor is neither responsible for unpacking; it will be your responsibility to clear and dispose of all packing materials, nor the removal of old equipment.

In the unlikely event that there is an extended delivery date, you will have the option of getting a full refund, or waiting the few extra days

• By transfer to our bank, your pro-forma invoice will give the full details of the Bank, Sort Code, A/c Number, and the amount to pay including VAT.
  
  This is the quickest way and your order will be processed the day following your transfer.
  
  

• The traditional way, put a cheque in the post, wait for it to clear through our Bank, (approx. 4-5 days) then we will be able to process your order.
